Dr. Liz Black is the CEO of Aspired Living Network TV, Inc., providing 24/7 family-friendly inspirational programming since 2021, and the CEO of Aspired NYC Radio, “New York’s Heartbeat for Faith and Inspiration.”
For over 15 years, Liz has inspired listeners across the NY/NJ/CT Tri-State area every Sunday morning at 7 AM on 107.5 WBLS, while also hosting a nationally syndicated midday show and NYC Christian Talk Radio 570 AM WMCA weeknights. A Stellar Award-winning radio personality, Liz was also the voice of BET’s “Joyful Noise” hosted by Tye Tribbett.

A proud New Yorker, Liz began her career as a model and SAG actress before dedicating her life to ministry in 1990. She founded New Mercies Café in 2001, which has since evolved into Liz Black’s Variety Show, a platform dedicated to showcasing gospel talent. Today, Dr. Liz Black’s Community Impact, a non-profit organization, continues her mission of service by leading an annual Coat Drive that distributes thousands of coats to those in need, along with other impactful initiatives.
As President of the NY/NJ Gospel Industry Network (GIN), Dr. Black continues to empower communities, support artists, and inspire entrepreneurs.
Her favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
